Anna and Chris seeked our help transforming their two newly built rental townhomes. With no clear style preferences, they wanted to incorporate their existing furniture into a cohesive and appealing design to maximize rental occupancies. 

We embraced the challenge of integrating their existing furniture into a cohesive design that optimized the space and functionality of the narrow, three-story layout. Carefully planning each room, we ensured that the reused pieces seamlessly complemented the overall aesthetic. Both townhomes mirrored each other, resulting in a harmonious and inviting rental experience for prospective tenants.
