Rebekah and Brad came to us with a vision of transforming their outdated rental property into a modern oasis. This full-scale renovation required a complete overhaul of the layout, adding a new bathroom, and completely updating the kitchen to create a vibrant and inviting living space.
Our goal was to transform this house from the neighborhood eyesore into a coveted dream home that would consistently attract bookings.
Inspired by Rebekah’s vision of a butterfly, symbolizing vibrant colors against a clean, neutral backdrop, we crafted a design that exuded class and timelessness. We selected materials like a luxurious stone backsplash and incorporated unique features such as a locally painted mural in the office to infuse charm and character into the space. We had strategic layout changes, like removing walls for an open floor plan in the kitchen and living room to further enhance the property’s appeal.
The result is a stunning transformation that exceeded Rebekah and Brad’s expectations and stands out as a distinctive property. Both the owners and guests alike love it, which is evident in its consistent bookings and glowing reviews, which have significantly enhanced their Airbnb profile.
