Jessica came to us with a couple of firsts: this was her first rental home and her first time working with an interior designer. However, she needed dire help giving her property a facelift. 

Under a strict timeline, the goal was to create a fun, sophisticated Airbnb that conveyed Florida vibes without being overly coastal.

We started by painting the walls white and updating key light fixtures in the living, dining, and common areas to modernize and brighten the space, which significantly enhanced its appeal to renters. Then, we began incorporating pops of color and Florida-inspired design elements to reinforce the fun, sophisticated ambiance. Adding functional elements like a game room, trundle beds, and an office work area further enhanced the property’s appeal. 

The final design features a harmonious blend of colors and textures that complement each other, ensuring the property stood out in a saturated market. Jessica loves the transformation and is pleased with her decision to work with a professional for her first rental.
