Jeff, a Jacksonville builder, decided to transform three side-by-side properties into vacation rentals. The challenge for Salty Pink Sands was to create a standout design despite the absence of amenities like a pool, while working within pre-installed tiles, finishes, and fixtures.

To make the townhome functional and appealing, we maximized sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests and incorporated thoughtful touches like workspace areas, garage game rooms, beach gear, and a backyard. Every detail, from furniture to decor, was selected with precision to meet the tight timeline.

As a result, Salty Pink Sands was live before the deadline, under budget, and fully staged in just over a month. The home secured its first booking the day after listing—an exceptional result for a non-pool property.
