Jeff, a Jacksonville builder known for his townhome projects, wanted to turn three nearly identical properties into vacation rentals. For Blue Wave, the goal was to create a fresh, inviting coastal vibe using blue accents to distinguish the unit while working with the pre-installed tiles, fixtures, and finishes.

Our design strategy focused on elevating the existing elements and giving the townhome a unique personality. Blue Wave’s bold accent color was brought to life with a striking mural that served as the focal point of the space, adding energy and charm. Thoughtful details like workspace areas, garage game rooms, beach gear, and versatile sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests made the home both stylish and practical.

Working under tight constraints, we completed the design and staging for Blue Wave in just over a month to meet his deadline. The home came in under budget and was ready for guests, securing its first booking the very next day—an impressive feat for a property without a pool or hot tub.

Jeff was thrilled with the outcome, praising the cohesive yet distinctive look of Blue Wave. The coastal blue accents have made this townhome a favorite among vacationers, setting it apart as a bright and welcoming retreat in Jax Beach.
