The design strategy for Golden Palms was to infuse the space with elegance and warmth through carefully curated gold accents and a stunning mural that served as the centerpiece of the design. Balancing luxury with practicality, the townhome was equipped to sleep up to 10 guests and featured amenities like workspaces, garage game rooms, beach gear, and a versatile backyard space.

Despite the tight timeline, Golden Palms was fully staged and ready to list within just over a month, meeting the deadline and staying under budget. The property secured its first booking the day after going live—a rare achievement for a home without a pool or hot tub.
